Partnership

We place great emphasis on the importance of good parental links.  A true partnership between home and school is vital if children are realise their full potential.  The school has a home/school agreement which all parents and Key Stage 2 children are invited to sign.

We will keep parents informed of their child’s curriculum and class issues via half-termly class newsletters from their child’s class teacher.  More general information will be sent out via periodical school newsletters.

Each week we have a number of dedicated reading volunteers who come into school to further develop the children’s reading skills.

Should parents ever have concerns about any aspects of school life, they are most welcome to come in to school to discuss them, with the assurance that we are always prepared to listen and address those concerns whenever possible.
